Our meat we use Pat La Frieda, a family owned and operated business since 1922.
Our Jewish rye bread, we use exclusively Orwashers bakery located in the Upper East Side since 1916.
Our ciabatta bread, we use Balthazar bakery, unmatched bread craftsmanship since 1997.
Our pickles, beets, sauerkraut, and deli mustard are made locally by “The Pickle Guys” located on the Lower East Side in Manhattan since 1910. Pickling is what they do, and they do it the BEST.
Just like our city, we’re second to none. We in-house brine our pastrami for 14 days, in-house smoke it for 6 hours, then high pressure steam it for 2 hours until it reaches tender perfection.
